We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered to the address provided. If tracking shows it was delivered but you didn’t receive it, we cannot offer a refund. For disputes, contact us at support@markkaralnyi.com — we’ll do our best to help.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition, with tags, and unworn. If these conditions are not met, the return will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
We do not accept international returns.
